I can’t say enough good about the service Christian and his company provided in brokering the mortgage for my wife’s and my first home. Because this was our first home purchase we new we it was especially important to find someone who would not only close the deal, but who would be transparent, informative/educational, attentive to our needs, and show integrity every step of the way. Christina did all this and more. He was straight forward about rates and market trends from day one, and was always available to address any questions/concerns I had. This included talking to me on the phone for 45-60 minutes the day was locked our rate to ensure that I fully understood and was comfortable with the the actual rate and the timing of the decision. Additionally, his processor Patty, made the entire process a breeze. She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, communicative, and organized. She always made sure to provide the exact amount of information needed to move the deal forward; making sure that we were well aware of what we still needed to provide, yet never over-burdening us with details from the underwriters that she was able to handle on her own.
